Founded by Hamilton’s own Ryan Poulter, Fernwood Home & Garden  has built its renovation roots in the Hamilton Region and surrounding municipalities for the past 13 years.

Our employees and trade relationships have been built over a lifetime of being in the industry.  Starting with 12 years in landscape design running crews on some of the most sought after landscape projects in Ontario following with 13 years in construction, we have the ability to bring your design vision to life.  Our team has been built over years of mutual respect, integrity, family values and a hard work ethic.
